The industrialized nations of Africa.

Kuzey Afrikada nispeten daha gelişmiş medeniyetler yaşıyor. Nüfusunun çoğunluğu siyah olan bu devletler şu sıralar Afrika Birliği altında ekonomik ve sosyal olarak birleşerek Yarın Şehrine rakip olma çabasındalar. Mısır ve Sudan, Nil Havzasının çürük doğası nedeniyle yaşanmaz, berbat yerler.
